Error message pops up with the option to debug for spoolsv.exe and prevents all printers from printing.
an unhandled win32 exception occurred in spoolsv.exe 10088
I fixed this error by removing all the .spl files from C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS and the restarting the spooler service in services.msc.
